Where should I stay when visiting someone in Queanbeyan?

I will drive over from Sydney for a short visit to a relative in Queanbeyan. A quiet room, parking and a good breakfast matter more than a central Canberra address. How should I shortlist places?

    Confirm parking and breakfast in the exact room rate, preferably in writing. 'Parking available' can mean a paid or limited space, and a breakfast listing may refer to an optional charge rather than an included meal.
